MTJAL is dedicated to assist you to improve your personal self image in a wholistic manner. Improving self image is achieved by educating my clients on how my services can help them achieve their personal self image goals - whatever they might be.

MTJAL offers assistance with nutritional support, weight adjustment guidance, releasing negative emotional influences, right through to gel nail enhancements, special occasion makeup, ear candling and IonSpa foot detox sessions.

SALON POLICY

I love enhancing your natural nails to create the 'perfect look'. I take the time I need to work on your nails without causing damage.

Full set guarantee

I do guarantee my work for up to 1 week. In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first week, I will repair it free of charge. But, you must come back within the first week.

Converting from acrylic to LE gel guarantee

If you are converting from acrylic to LE gel, you are required to come back after 1 week so that I can make sure your conversion is a healthy one.

This guarantee applies to clients who use my services only.

SANITATION and DISINFECTION - all services

Before any service is performed I always spray the clients and my hands with an
anti-bacterial spray which disinfects and kills any germs.

My working area, including table, floors, files and all implements used are sterilized
after each client ensuring you come to a clean and germ free salon.

FOR ALL NAIL SERVICES, I USE A NEW NAIL FILE AT EVERY APPOINTMENT - I DO NOT REUSE FILES.

PLEASE NOTE: If a client comes for a service and they have any type of nail or skin infection I will not perform the services until the infection clears up. It is very easy to spread infections on to others so please reschedule your appointment if you know of any infections you might have.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: If a client has an ear infection and has scheduled an ear candling appointment, it would be appreciated if you could notify me prior to attending your apointment so that we can reschedule it. Providing this treatment whilst there is an infection present is not ideal. For further information, please contact Lisa Brennan on the numbers provided above to discuss.

APPOINTMENTS - all services

Bookings can now be made directly by clicking on the button below. This service allows you to choose the day and time you want to come in and also sends you a reminder a day prior to your appointment! Isn't this great?! Recurring appointments can also be set up.

It is VERY important you get to your appointment on time as there is a possibility of you cutting into my next client's appointment time. (you know how us woman hate waiting)! If you are going to be late, please give me a call.

CANCELLATIONS - all services

Please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment should you need to reschedule. If you are ill please let me know and I will cancel the appointment for you.

If an appointment is not cancelled a charge of $10.00 will be added to your next appointment.

REFILL APPOINTMENTS - gel nails

When should you book your refill appointment? This depends on how fast your nails grow. You should make an appointment when your nail grows from the base of your nail near your cuticle - when this happens, you will notice your natural nail being exposed.

I would suggest that you make your follow up appointments every 2-3 weeks. You should not delay having the refill any longer than this, because you run the risk of causing damage to your natural nails. In addition to this, refills will take longer and use more product. If your appointments are booked more than 3 weeks apart, there is an additional fee of $15.
